Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

Open Sky Community Services is looking for a dedicated Director of Contracts and Grants to lead our financial operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role involves overseeing all aspects of contract and grant administration, ensuring compliance and financial integrity. As a key leader within our organization, the Director will support contract negotiations, manage documentation, and collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract bid responses, negotiations, and proposals.
• Oversee the contract life cycle and manage MOU's and sub-contracts.
• Ensure timely financial reporting to funders and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track expenditures and optimize revenue reporting.
• Work closely with the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting for financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of finance, grants, and contract management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-departmental team environments.
• Expertise in data analytics and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
