As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing school buses to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. Responsibilities
- Lead preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual DOT maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle components like brakes, suspensions, and drivetrains.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders.
- Participate in mobile emergency services.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license; willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or technical school education.
- Mechanic's toolset is required.
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.
