Flexential is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician I to provide physical and Level II technical support to customers and internal resources. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, remote hands work, and maintaining data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution and escalation of facility and customer issues.
• Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in physical and logical installations of services.
• Maintain data center cleanliness and perform facilities rounds.
• Operate and manage badge access security systems.
