Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
