Job Description
Foundever is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for inbound calls only at our location in Morristown, TN. As part of our team, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and provide professional and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls.
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate screens while assisting customers.

- Must be 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must live within 50 miles of Morristown, TN.
