Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join Genesis Healthcare at Windward Gardens. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside Licensed/Registered Nurses to directly impact patients' quality of life by assisting with their daily activities. Your role will involve ensuring the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment that respects each patient's individual needs and rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families

Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients and respond to their needs
