Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Cashier to join the team at Greenfield Store located at University & Greenfield. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting sales, and maintaining the store's standards. This position offers a starting pay of $14.50 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Point of Sale transactions and handle various forms of payments.
- Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
- Determine prices of items and maintain sales floor appearance.
- Close registers and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Stock merchandise and follow organizational standards.
- Make announcements using store systems.
- Adhere to Goodwill's core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and math skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Pass background check and drug screen (where applicable).
- Proficiency in English language skills.
