Job Description: Cashier - FT

We are looking for a full-time Cashier to join the Lake Pleasant Store team located at 20713 N 83rd Ave, Peoria, Arizona. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Process all forms of payments at Point of Sale (POS).
• Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
• Price goods accurately and maintain sales floor standards.
• Complete closing procedures when necessary.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Stock merchandise as assigned and maintain a clean environment.
• Engage with customers and uphold Goodwill Core Values.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Pass background check and drug screen when required.
