Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain residents' well-being in a professional manner
• Provide assistance with daily living activities
• Offer emotional and social support to residents
• Document care provided and report resident issues
• Promote resident independence and confidentiality
• Ensure a safe environment and follow emergency procedures
• Attend required training and meetings
• Maintain professionalism toward residents and team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform assigned duties

Requirements:

• Experience with the elderly population preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Capacity to handle pressure and critical situations calmly

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required
• Experience with elderly and memory-impaired adults is a plus
