Responsibilities
- Install and test AV systems according to project requirements.
- Perform technical tasks such as wiring, labeling, and equipment installation.
- Troubleshoot and repair AV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Train clients on operating AV systems.
- Adhere to company standards and policies for quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Avixa CTS certification and a minimum of four years of AV experience.
- Proficient with audiovisual applications and tools (ClearOne, AMX, Extron, Crestron, etc.).
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
