Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in store management by overseeing day-to-day operations, improving performance, and developing the team. Your responsibilities will include creating action plans, setting expectations for staff, identifying training needs, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Set job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Communicate company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the local market to stay competitive.
• Provide feedback on products and participate in the hiring process.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain store standards.
• Supervise daily operations and address customer concerns.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
