Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assembly/Full Build professional to join our team at LC Staffing. As an Assembly/Full Build specialist, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, setting machines to correct tolerances, verifying workpiece conformance, finishing surfaces, and ensuring quality work throughout the assembly process. This role requires precision, mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and set machines to correct tolerances.
- Verify conformance of machined workpiece to specifications.
- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all parts meet quality guidelines.
- Record product and processing data accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized metalworking training preferred.
- Basic mechanical and metalworking skills.
- Ability to work safely and precisely.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passing a background check.
