Area Manager, Critical Infrastructure

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee critical infrastructure operations within our data centers. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for ensuring the uptime, maintenance, and efficiency of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment, driving excellence and innovation across our markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical equipment to achieve 99.999% uptime.
• Lead and mentor a team of Critical Infrastructure Engineers, fostering a culture of best practices.
• Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements, developing business cases for enhancements.
• Drive cross-market initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and company policies, creating and implementing SOPs and MOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience with a focus on critical infrastructure.
• Experience in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Applicable military or trade experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 5+ years of data center experience with equipment operations.
• Experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
