Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join Civista Wealth Management at Civista Bank. The role involves providing essential administrative support to Financial Advisors and the Management Team. You will play a key role in assisting with daily operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Consultants in establishing relationships with Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist Civista Wealth Management clients to enhance ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct monthly audits of accounts to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage in continuous personal development to stay informed about compliance initiatives.
  • Perform any additional tasks in line with job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields is beneficial.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods and manage distractions.
  • Communicate effectively in person and via telephone.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training.
