Job Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Salary: $85,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
- Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports.
- Oversee daily product receiving, selection, and shipping.
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
- Develop action plans to improve operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
- Interact effectively with peers and warehouse personnel.
- Collaborate with divisional areas and communicate relevant information.
- Provide input to improve warehouse operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
