Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join Aldi's team. As a key member of the warehouse management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shipping schedules, coordinating with 3rd party partners, ensuring accurate product selection, and maintaining efficient inventory processes. Your role will also involve conducting warehouse inspections, managing team performance, and adhering to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules.
- Verify receipt of products and address discrepancies.
- Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
- Facilitate communication and fulfillment of store needs.
- Monitor warehouse performance and service providers.
- Lead inbound deliveries inspections and order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support and assist in budget goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and inventory procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
