2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with warehouse management on safety and sanitation.
• Act independently within the delegated responsibilities.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess ALDI Acts Competencies: Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
