Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position averages fewer than 30 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our dedicated team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, supported by comprehensive training and safety programs.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Move and organize merchandise in the warehouse as per guidelines.
- Load goods strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
- Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies for conscientious work and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
