Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Full-Time employee, you will efficiently handle incoming stock, prepare merchandise for shipment, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. From organizing inventory to collaborating with team members, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize operations.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work within a team and follow company policies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
